'OpenLiaisonHub started from a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Brought to life by the Romano family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint family business, sharing recipes passed from one generation to another.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her Italian journey, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was first created. Returning to the UK, she aspired to emulate the authentic Italian pizza experience using conventional techniques and the finest ingredients.
A humble 12-seat eatery originally, it has since expanded into a cherished community hub, though our dedication to excellence and true authenticity remains firm. Our pizzas are still prepared in traditional wood-fired ovens, our dough is mixed fresh every day, and we select top-tier ingredients with care.
Nowadays, 'OpenLiaisonHub' is still a family affair, with the next in line of the Romano lineage directing our enthusiastic crew. While we have adopted modern touches, our mission persists: crafting delectable, real pizzas that unite people.
