Refund Duration

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded.
Food Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer refunds for food orders if the product received is not what was ordered, is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you encounter these issues, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the matter.
Process for Refund
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
